ZIA is a 10 week old female Desi puppy. She was airlifted to safety from the streets of New Delhi India on an AAIDD airlift arriving November 13th. Zia is a curious and friendly pup who should make a good companion dog for any household. Zia was one of five puppies rescued by a dog lover in Delhi who spotted the wee puppies trying to nurse on their dead mother at the side of a busy street. One of the litters had also been killed so she scooped the five pups and took them to the Drs. Choudhary for veterinary care and from there they went into a loving foster home to await an airlift to AAIDD. Zoom has had two of her puppy vaccinations, internal and external parasite control, and has her international health certificate for travel. Zia will receive a microchip and another health check prior to his adoption. Zia is ready for adoption to the right home.
